About the Authors
Michael D. Tovey had over 25 years experience in the training and development field, as an instructor, trainer, facilitator, teacher lecturer, manager of training and a line manager.
He also authored two other successful books, Mentoring in Australia and Managing Performance Improvement.
Diane R. Lawlor has over 35 years experience in the training and development field working in both blue and white collar environments.
Her vast experience as an instructor, trainer, facilitator, instructional designer, university lecturer and manager of training provides a unique perspective on customizing and delivering effective training.
Her recent employment as an AQTF auditor has amplified her perspective of the management processes with registered training organisations and allowed her to link these processes to the delivery of training.
Diane and Michael teamed up over ten years ago and formed a unique partnership to enhance the professionalism of trainers and assessors within the Australian workforce.
