  Sven Ringling and Christian Lübke are managing directors of iProCon GmbH, which offers services complementary to mySAP HR. They were previously managers at IDS Scheer AG in the personnel center and have over a decade of combined experience in national and international HR Projects. Christian Krämer, also a former personnel manager at IDS Scheer AG, has many years of experience with SAP HR Solutions and E-Learning processes. Today he works as Senior Consultant at iProCon GmbH.
